Lean - for Corporate Sustainability and High Performance Print E-mail

Implementing Lean as a company philosophy and governance tool is to achieve and maintain Corporate Sustainability and High Performance. It is a strategy to find Performance in the turbulence of modern organizational life. It means accepting the facts that there is never a stand still and that closed systems don’t exist and working with these preconditions. Organizational life is movement, complexity, confusion, conflict, chaos etc. High Performance is playing with the complexities creating harmony, health and wholeness.

  • Constant visual control of processes, of corporate sustainability chain
