ALFA is an approach used to access and work with all the knowledge, competence and wisdom that is in an organization or group of people. ALFA is also a place designed in a way that matches the approach. The approach can be brought into any organization, business and community and bring forth the next step into the future that is necessary for both survival and success.

ALFA creates an arena where people are invited to use their full potential. The arena can be a room or a building, something that is already there or something that is built for this purpose. We work together with the people who will use the arena so it corresponds with their culture and needs. At the same time they learn how to work in the arena to get the best results. This enables the most effective use of the arena on a long-term basis.

ALFA-intro is a one day introduction into the arena, where you will:
• Start to create a stable ground for future progress with shared vision and values
• Find some of the necessary solutions to your most urgent problems
• Get a collection of ideas for further development
• Experience a way of working that brings out the potential of the organization
• Learn more about what the ALFA approach can do for your organization

The implementation of the full ALFA approach takes 12 days during a period of 2 -12 months.
