The development of a sustainable production and sustainable products and services needs a wheel process where we work with people and the Environmental, Social and Governance Aspects in order to succeed. Through this process use of all knowledge of the organization is used to achieve sustainability.
Sustainability Study of skills and resource mapping - among other business networks, potential markets and new products;

• Identification of business networks and resources
• Competence Studies and now-mode studies with high participation of staff and management
• Process and personnel support in the process of change and implementation processes
 
Company or corporate network with a total of 100 employees
Time for the organisation: 90 hours broken down by management team and Heads of Department plus 10 hours for all staff.

Team and project development with ethic values in work;

• Support for the development of ethic competence and values within the organization
• Methodology for the efficient and productive team, including conflict resolution
• Holistic support and individual health and balance
• Factors for a healthy working environment

Company or corporate network with a total of some 100 employees
Time for the organisation: 30 hours for managers plus 25 hours for all staff.

Strategy mapping - Development of vision and objectives, including management and implementation start;

• Management work with boundaries and policies, "non-negotiable"
• Vision Work with management teams across organizations alt
• Implementation of the structures for knowledge development and use for increased profitability

Company or corporate network with a total of some 100 employees.
Time for the organisation: 70 hours broken down by management team and Heads of Department plus 20 hours for all staff.
